Our Sustainability concept
SUSTAINABLE INTERIOR CONCEPT
Sustainability is more than just a buzzword for us - it is an integral part of everything we do. Our aim is not only to offer our customers the best possible service, but also to deliver durable and resource-saving products. At the same time, we offer innovative services to deliver holistic sustainability solutions.
Under the leadership of Robin Schenk (Chief Operating Officer), who is also a docent at the Wilhelm Büchner University of Applied Sciences in Darmstadt, we have developed the Sustainable Interior Concept. This holistic approach combines the latest research findings with practical solutions for more sustainable interior design.

Refurbish existing furniture
Instead of throwing away and producing new furniture, we focus on upgrading - by varnishing existing furniture or renewing upholstery covers.
Easy to maintain
Our furniture components are designed in such a way that they do not have to be completely replaced if damaged. Reversible screw systems and intelligent glides make it possible to replace individual parts.
Local products
We significantly reduce our carbon footprint through an efficient supplier network. In addition, we only use FSC-certified wood in production.
Allergy-friendly materials
With our furniture, which meets the requirements for ECARF certification, we create allergy-friendly environments for carefree stays.
Digitization of processes
From production to recycling, our processes are as digital as possible. Construction sites are also digitized so that construction progress can be tracked on site in real time.
Light and room acoustics
Lighting design and room acoustics are crucial for the guest experience in hospitality establishments. In terms of sustainability, we focus on energy-efficient lighting and acoustic solutions that offer comfort and conserve resources.
Research insights
Our COO Robin Schenk is a lecturer in sustainability at the WBH Darmstadt. This enables us to incorporate the latest findings from research into practice.
Barrier-free accessibility
Interior concepts can be planned and implemented barrier-free at any time to make rooms accessible and comfortable for everyone. Well thought-out details such as wide doors and non-slip floors promote independence and well-being for all users.
With these initiatives, we are not only making a contribution to the environment, but also creating added value for our customers: durable, high-quality furniture that perfectly combines functionality and design - with a sustainable awareness.
Together, we are shaping a more sustainable future - for the hotel industry and beyond.
