What kind of information is processed?

To be able to offer you our website and corresponding services, we process personal data in accordance with the following legislation:

Access data

When you visit our website, personal data is processed to allow content from the website to be displayed on your computer.

The IP address of your computer must be processed in order for the website to be displayed in your browser. Further information is collected via the browser of your computer.

In accordance with data protection law, we are required to ensure confidentiality and integrity of personal data processed with our IT systems.

To this end, and to serve this purpose, the following information is recorded on the basis of legitimate interest:

  • IP address of the computer (for a maximum of 7 days)
  • operating system of the accessing computer
  • browser version of the accessing computer
  • name of the file accessed
  • date and time of access
  • volume of data transferred
  • referring URL

 

The IP address is deleted from all systems used in connection with the operation of this website after 7 days at the latest. The remaining data can then no longer be assigned to a certain person.

Contact form

On our website, we offer a contact form that you can use to request information about our products or services, or to generally contact us. We have marked information that is necessary for answering your inquiry as required fields. The remaining fields are voluntary.

We need this information to process your inquiry, to address you correctly, and to send you a reply. In the case of specific inquiries, the data is processed in order to perform or to set up a contract. In the case of general inquiries, data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest.
