SO!APART 2023
22nd/23th November 2023, Leipzig
The GH Hotel Interior Group is going to the “SO!APART” in Leipzig again! The specialist conference with accompanying exhibition focuses on the trend topic of serviced apartments as a growth market within the hotel industry.
In addition, the SO!APART Award for the best houses in the serviced apartment industry will be presented at a ceremony. Since 2013, the SO!APART has been THE event for the serviced apartment segment in German-speaking countries. Around 200 operators, project developers and investors attend the congress for professional exchanges.

Complete Renovation of Marriott Hotel in Tbilisi
In the early 20th century, the hotel was built in Tbilisi. Since 2002, Marriott runs the five stars hotel. For the first time, GH Hotel Interior Group plays as a general contractor and manages to renovate the whole building with all that belongs to a renovation – paintings, floor construction and bathing.
